Summary: The location of this property is great - it’s a very quiet hamlet near to several beautiful beaches. Claudia was a fantastic host and provided a warm welcome and useful local information. However the house itself is far from perfect. It felt like we were camping indoors - no proper curtains, no sofa, a very basic kitchen and an old bathroom with a quite unpleasant smell. Our main complaint is that we were not given full access to the garden in the photos, which felt a bit cheeky as that was one of the reasons we chose the house to rent. The owners and their family were also very present which we found awkward at times. The local people and food were great and we would definitely return to the area but not the house. Overall we felt the property was overpriced and underwhelming.
