Fully furnished with everything you need for a carefree stay. Close to all highways and shopping. Close by is a beach right on Tampa bay and 6 miles from the famous Clearwater, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi beaches. The HOA requires a background check for which guests pay $100 for each adult. This makes the community very secure. This is a quiet community with some young children but it is mostly adults. In the clubhouse you have access to Cable TV as well as a wifi network in addition to the WiFi access in the unit.
