Our beautiful Ranch style home is the perfect retreat whether you are visiting Arizona for business or pleasure. This home has the best of both worlds, country charm and interior elegance. This fully furnished 2,700 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The spacious formal living room is a great place for entertaining and is adjacent to the formal dining room which seats six. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a family style meal or snacks. There is a breakfast nook. The den is an inviting place to read, visit or take a nap while reclining in the leather loveseat or oversized reclining leather chair and has a fireplace. The additional family room is very spacious and a great area to visit or relax and includes a queen sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen bed and comes with attached bathroom with walk in shower. The additional two spare bedrooms have Queen Beds and a hall bathroom. This house features Flat screen TV’s in the living room, den, family room, Master bedroom and 1 spare bedroom. From the plush furnishings, to the up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood and tile flooring throughout the home, we’ve gone all out to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.
The outdoor patio features a brand new grill and patio seating for six. This is a favorite spot to enjoy visiting with friends while grilling your favorite entrée with a beautiful view of the outdoor landscaping and sand volleyball.
