WiFi and cable included. Additional TV located in the master bedroom. A pocket sliding glass door leads out to fully furnished lanai with ceiling fan. Direct views of the ocean and Inter Coastal Waterway as well as a view of heated swimming pool. Stackable wash/dryer located in the unit with additional washing facilities on-premise.
Everything you need to feel at home is provided including toiletries, cleaning supplies, dishes, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum, linens, pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag. We provide plastic ware for your convenience should you decide to grill outside and enjoy a meal poolside.
Please note the winter high season, January - March, is a minimum three-month rental. All other dates can be rented on a monthly basis.
