The cottage has been transformed by dormer windows giving uninterrupted views across the garden and up to Bredon Hill. Uniquely you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from inside the cottage.
There are SUPERB VIEWS FROM ALL WINDOWS. The cottage has been extended over the PATIO.
For those who have already vìsited us they will appreciate the extra space downstairs. The photos show the panoramic views from inside the cottage.
A new kitchen has been installed, fully eqipped with induction hob, microwave / oven, convention oven dishwasher, washing machine. All appliances are BOSCH.
The new oak dining table is now on the west side Bifold doors open onto a courtyard where There is a barbecue and table and chairs to enjoy eating in the evening sun with views to the Malvern Hills.
A wooden floor covers the living area and the extension has underfloor heating.
A new woodburner has been installed.
THE EXTENSION HAS ENABLED US TO MAKE A DOUBLE ROOM DOWN STAIRS WITH AN EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM.
Also ideal for a guest who wants all living on the ground floor.

Upstairs the main bedroom has a five foot bed, over the galleried landing to a large bathroom.
From the bath there are spectacular views through the dormer window to BREDON HILL.
The South facing bedroom has amazing views .
The third bedroom is very versatile. There are two single low beds 3ft 6 .
Two chairs that convert into children’s beds.
A small desk by the east facing window.
With the fast WiFi this works as an excellent work space.

The garden is fenced with the old black iron fencing, there is a large lawn, plenty of room for the children to play. A cottage for garden lovers. Fresh herbs by door. . romantic benches to sit among flowers and shrubs,
Just plug into FREE FAST BROADBAND . MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION IS EXCELLENT. No extras. Professionally laundered linen and large fluffy towels .The beds are firm. The village of Birlingham is unique. There is no through traffic, there are wonderful views all around the village.
The cottage is ideal for BIRDWATCHERS. We are now experiencing the STARLING MURMURANT. Thousands of Starlings swoop above the garden and across the river meadows. At dusk owls can be observed.
The walk to the nature reserve is easy as is the one to the lock where you can watch the boats go through.

The village PUB, THE SWAN is owned by Zoe and Will who will always give you a welcome. The beers are renowned and eating in the pretty GARDEN on a summer's evening is always a treat. The FISH menu is fantastic! It is an easy walk.

The Farm Shop is nearby, no need to go into a town if you don't want to.

Although in a world of its own Birlingham is very centrally located and as the reviews show you the are numerous places to visit within easy reach.

You look straight up to Bredon Hill or to the west The Malvern Hills.
The pub is a short walk, read about it in The Good Food Guide, where it has featured for the last few years.
There are so many lovely towns to visit from the market towns of Pershore, Upton upon Severn, Ledbury and Tewkesbury to the larger towns of Worcester, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham . Birmingham is within easy reach !
Birlingham is a lovely village to visit at any time of year. In deepest winter the carpet of snowdrops in the churchyard brings visitors from a large radius. The local blossom trail heralds spring and there are numerous activities to be enjoyed throughout the summer.
