Ons prachtige nieuwbouwappartement “CASA PILADADA”(opgeleverd in april 2019), is een perfecte locatie om te verblijven op de Costa Blanca Zuid in het zonnige Spanje! Pilar de Horadada is een authentiek Spaans dorp in de regio Valencia, provincie Alicante.
Op nog geen 100 meter afstand zijn er verschillende voorzieningen aanwezig, zoals supermarkten waar u de dagelijkse boodschappen kunt doen, maar ook leuke Spaanse restaurantjes waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van Spaanse gerechten.
Het appartement beschikt over een volledig ingerichte woonkamer, moderne keuken en badkamer met alle nodige voorzieningen, een ruime slaapkamer inclusief kastruimte en wifi/TV. Alle ruimtes zijn voorzien van airco en verwarming. Bed-,bad- en keukenlinnen wordt ter beschikking gesteld. Wasmachine, strijkplank en strijkijzer en andere huishoudapparaten zijn aanwezig.
Maar dit is nog lang niet alles! U kunt ook heerlijk genieten van de zonsopkomst en
-ondergang met een hapje en een drankje op één van de twee terrassen. Het grote privé dakterras is maar liefst 65m2! Het dakterras is voorzien van een zit-, lig- en eetgedeelte, buitendouche, buitenkeuken én om niet te vergeten kunt u vanaf het dakterras de zee zien liggen! Het terras aan de voorzijde heeft uitzicht op een leuk park.
Ook hoeft u maar naar beneden te lopen waar u heerlijk een duik kunt nemen in het mooie zwembad. Op enkele minuten rijden bevindt u zich op de mooie zandstranden van de Middellandse Zee. Hier kunt u in de zomer, maar ook in de winter heerlijk genieten van een strandwandeling of een hapje en een drankje bij een strandtent.
Golfbanen, Nationale parken, modderbaden, flamingo’s, wandel- en fietsgebieden evenals het grootste winkelcentrum “La Zenia Boulevard” bevinden zich in een straal van nog geen 10 km.
Binnen 45 minuten vanaf ons appartement bevindt u zich op Alicante Airport en zelfs in 30 minuten op de luchthaven van Murcia.
Bedlinnen en handdoeken en keukenlinnen zijn aanwezig.
Schoonmaakkosten en bad-,bed- en keukenlinnen zijn verplicht en moeten bij aankomst worden voldaan aan de beheerder €100
Voor de elektrakosten wordt een vast voorschotbedrag van €10,50 (30 tikken) per dag dienen bij aankomst aan de beheerder betaald te worden. Meerverbruik( €0.35 per tik), zullen worden verrekend met de borg naderhand.
Internet/Wifi is mogelijk voor € 2.25 per dag,
Schoonmaakkosten,elektra en internet/wifi moeten bij aankomst contant worden betaald aan de beheerder.
Bij aankomst en vertrek voor 8.00 uur en na 20.00 wordt een toeslag berekend van €15
