NOTE: Please carefully read before booking. Registration requires tenant evaluation by the building management (not by us hosts) prior to arrival. There will be a fee of $150 for registration (directly payable to the front desk) for security purposes, and an option for rush service at $200 total. Free parking is available during the entire stay with $25 parking registration fee. Note that the parking registration office is only open during weekdays, and if you arrive with an unregistered rental car on a weekend it may incur a $15 daily valet fee. There is an Enterprise rental service across the street from building, where you can easily rent from during your stay.

We are located in a 6-minute walk from the MMO METROMOVER OMNI/BRICKELL OUTER LOOP at the ADRIENNE ARSHT CENTER METROMOVER STATION stop.
This location is in the Wynwood-Edgewater neighborhood in Miami. Nearby parks include Margaret Pace Park, Biscayne Park (historical) and Dorsey Park.

You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo ID of the primary guest, Full names of the primary and rest of the guests above 18 yrs of age, employment, personal references, and confirmation message that the guests will follow the building rules.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $100 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
