Charming Pecan Place is a 2 bedroom one bath and an upstairs loft. This craftsman home is located near The Fairgrounds, Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown, Paseo, The Plaza district and so much more! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with quartz countertops and penny round backsplash and a farm sink. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal: dishes, coffee maker, silverware, knives set, spatulas, baking sheets, pots/pans, wine opener, etc.
This charming home is 1100 sq ft. and features beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There are two very comfortable private bedrooms with queen size beds and seating with closets. Upstairs is the loft area with 2 twin beds. This home sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet which makes it perfect for all guests especially business travelers who require fast internet! There are two TV's in the home one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity with tub/shower. There is a one car garage with garage door opener that guests are welcome to use. The laundry room is spacious and has speed queen washer and dryer as well as space for hanging and folding clean laundry.
Note: We require a credit card on file for incidentals / security deposit for all bookings at our property. We place a credit hold of $250, 48 hours before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as our house rules are observed and there is no damage to the property.
