3 Bedroom House with Laundry, Air Conditioner and Balcony
My very favorite thing to do is sit on the swing and listen to the birds singing on warm or sunny days. Every once in a while, I'll see deer in the woods. On cooler days, I watch them inside the kitchen while popping in a k-cup in the Keurig.
Also, after a hectic day or maybe exercising, I enjoy an hour in the sauna. Afterwards, I stand under the rain head shower and wash stress down the drain.
Now, sometimes I pick up dinner and sometimes I cook. The kitchen is very functional and easy to cook in with all stainless
steel appliances.
But mostly, I like to snuggle on the comfy sectional and watch old 80s sitcoms on the Roku. I turn off all the lights and turn on the electric fireplace, which gives a soothing warm glow. I find myself waking up a lot in the early hours on the couch.
The beds are all new and have NOT been broken into that sweet spot for me. That's perfect for travelers because they are new and very comfortable. Also, mattresses are double protected. Pillows too!
If you like Golfing or Swimming, there are two facilities within a 3-minute drive of the house. If you enjoy shows or shopping, dining, night life, live bands, mountain/hiking trails, fishing or boating. There's plenty of venues for these events in the area. The Blue Ridge Parkway has beautiful scenery to drive or walk through and is nearby.
We are also close to Prisma and Bon Secours Hospitals, if you're interested in STRs for work.
If requested, exercise equipment can be put in the Sauna room instead of the bed.
