This second floor condo has a spacious floor plan with 75 inch flat screen TV in living room, master bedroom with king bed, 55 inch flat screen TV, attached bath with large soaker tub/shower combo and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 50in flat screen TV, an attached bath with shower and an oversized walk in closet. Community pool, Weber grills and gym. Five minutes to Madeira Beach! And just a minute or two walk to get on Pinellas Trail. Walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and movie theater. 30 day minimum preferred.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our escape from northern winters at this lovely condo. The location is just 10 minutes from Madeira Beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I used the fitness center several times a week and we also played shuffleboard and used the pool on occasion. The owner was very responsive when there were some minor repair issues or questions. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Beach chairs need replacing. Everything else was fine.
