Suite is 20 minutes from the airport and Metrotown, 30 minutes to downtown.
In this area you will find well known stores such as Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, McDonalds, and London Drugs. There are also a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, banks, barbershops and bakeries.
Also Kensington Community Centre is located a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away. This center features a swimming pool and gym.
Outside of the Kensington Community Centre, there is a well-known park that is famous for rugby camps in Vancouver, BC.

Our kitchen comes with basic cooking essentials.
Washer machine is on suit and Dryer machine is located at garage at basement.
Free street parking and 1 spot of vehicle on the back yard at the property.

Additional Rules:
The listing price is only based on one guest, extra guests will be charged an extra $40/person/night at the same bedroom, so please fill in the right number of guests when booking ! (only one bedroom will be open if one guest booked)
Separate bedrooms will be provided upon request
Cleaning fee is for each individual bedroom per stay
- No marijuana, drugs, alcohol, No illegal activities and No non-registered guests
- No weapon or hazardous materials.
- No visitor is allowed on the property unless agreed by the host.
- Smoking $200 for penalty
- Remove outside shoes at the unit. We provide inside shoes
- Pet is not allowed
- Parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $800
Other things to note:
- Laundry will be a fee of $15/load for the washer and dryer.
- No free daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning is available for request at additional costs. Do not take towels or linens from the property.
- It is a self- Cleaning kitchen and bathroom, so clean up after used (including dining table) .
- Light meals only, and no strong odours or smells when cooking
- Our guest suite is on a prime traffic street with cars, vans and trucks. You may hear the traffic noise in the day time, but it is more quiet at night.
Toiletries and Essentials:
Initial consumables such as toiletries, shampoo, ect. are provided upon check - in.
Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay.
Cleanliness and Issues:
Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly. Claims without proper documentation will fall into NO REFUND
Plumbing Guidelines
- Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or “flushable wipes” into toilet
- Plumbing will result in a minimum $200 charge for damage plumbing
Liability Waiver
Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless injury or property damage. We encourage guests to purchase personal insurance.
Early Check- in / Late Check - out
Please no early check-in or late check –out without permission from the host. There will be late fees of $50 per 30minutes after checkout time.
Check out instructions:
Please put trash into the trash bin in the kitchen or outside garbage black bin at the back yard.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher or hand wash.
Put dirty towels in the bucket at the bathroom door. Extra housekeeping charge will apply if check out instructions are not followed.
Quiet Hour:
Maintain quiet hours form 10:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Respect the peace and privacy of neighbours. Keep your voice down outside of the house.
