Fantastic apartment about 90 square meters, recently renovated with all its furniture and construction of very high quality. It is a sober, elegant apartment that conveys peace and spaciousness. Very elegantly decorated at the same time cozy. All its floor is parquet. It has a very spacious living room, 2 fantastic bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there are 4 windows with a balcony so it is very bright. Also in all the rooms there are large windows that provide a lot of clarity. It has top-of-the-range airtight windows so that, in addition to clarity, it is a very quiet place despite being in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city.
