Positive: We were given the wrong pin code on arrival and could not enter the property. Had to call you and you gave us another code to enter which delayed us a bit
Negative: The main problem was the toilet seats are broken, mainly ground floor and top floor, they just come off when you sit on them. Even the other bathrooms seats are loose. (This was also mentioned on previous reviews, so we thought they would have been fixed). The main bathroom on second floor, bath panel had crackes and so did the sink. (This didnt affect our stay) but thought we will make you aware. Bedroom windows are difficult to open and close.
Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. Lovely location and nice clean property. Well equipped.
