An immaculately presented 2 double bedroom coach house in the beautiful village of Broadclyst, near Exeter. Neutrally decorated throughout with all the home comforts you require for your stay. The front door leads to the stairway and a lovely light, airy open-plan, kitchen-living-dining area. From this there are 2 bright, carpeted bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is also a large storage/utility cupboard. There is a small courtyard to the side of the property.
The space
This home is modern and clean with a really comfortable lounge area. With large windows in each room, it has a bright airy feeling, and the bedrooms are spacious enough for a couple to stay in each room comfortably.
There is parking for one vehicle in a private garage.
We take the health of our guests very seriously and as such, our property has been professionally cleaned, and serviced laundry is provided to ensure everything is as sanitary as possible.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
