Our luxurious, bright and contemporary penthouse is perfectly situated within a modern complex in East-Central Edinburgh. It lends itself to excellent views over the iconic Arthur’s Seat and our private balcony is the perfect place to relax.
Our apartment offers a sunny and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities and ample preparation space, whilst the island unit/bar provides an ideal space to serve meals or use as a laptop work space.
The living area holds a comfortable sofa - perfect for relaxing and viewing the large smart TV, complete with freeview channels.
You may like to sit out on our large private balcony which gets the sunlight morning until evening with beautiful sunsets. The balcony includes a sofa, dining area and putting green.
There are two bright and charming double bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a super king size bed whilst the other bedroom offers a double bed, all with hotel quality linen. There is also a desk space, making it comfortable to work if needed.
We offer two modern, spacious and fresh bathrooms, both equipped with showering facilities. Complimentary toiletries and towels will also be provided.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
