4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Bedding
Parker's Place is a beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the center of Miami. We are close to Miami Airport, the Cruise Port, South Beach, lots of great restaurants, nightlife & all major attractions. This lovely property is suitable for large families & groups, with a huge private patio, pool with slide, Tiki with Billiards table & TV. Brazillian BBQ with counter tops for cooking. We have Dominoes and lots of seating, as well as Sunbeds, & bistro lighting at night. There is plenty of parking & high speed WiFi.
The pool uses a salt water system that eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals.
We are 15 minutes to Miami Airport and the Cruise Port, South Beach, Little Havana, Downtown Miami. We are also close to lots of restaurants and nightlife, as well as The Everglades, The Florida Keys, Coral Gables and Wynwood Design District to name a few.
This spacious home has a large kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fridge, oven, microwave etc and is well stocked with everything you will need, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and cooking utensils, pots & pans, cups, glasses, plates and flatware etc.
The living room has a sectional sofa and an additional sofa that doubles as a sofa bed facing a 75" TV in the center of the room, with a fireplace. Everything is ooen plan into dining and kitchen area.
We have a keyless entry Keypad, so you don't have the worry of losing keys and allows for a contactless check-in.
There are TVs in all the bedrooms and a large 75" TV in the living room and also outside in the Tiki. The layout is open plan, so you can be in the kitchen and still be with the rest of your group. The living room also has a pull put sofa bed.

Bedroom # 2 - 1 Queen bed, TV and closet.
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed and 1 Double bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom.

The home has 2 bathrooms, one is in the main hallway and the second is an ensuite inside bedroom no.3 - both bathrooms have glass enclosed showers.
The bathrooms have shampoo/bodywash & conditioner and hairdryer and are equipped with handsoap and towels.
The home sits on a corner lot with a really big back patio, large Tiki with TV, Billiards and outside dining. The Brazilian BBQ has a marble counter top, so that you can easily have everything next to you while you cook. The saltwater pool has a slide and a shallow swimout area, to sit and relax. (There is also a pool safety fence available for young children). At night the pool, Tiki and patio have bistro lighting, which creates a beautiful ambiance from dusk to dawn.
There is a washer & dryer, as well as an iron & ironing board and for families with young children, we have a Pac & Play crib with mattress, a high chair and toddler toilet seat at the property.
Upon check-in, you will access the Guest Book with wifi information and recommendations for several restaurants and bars, boat excursions and places of interest in Miami.
Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever.
Our guests have a private home with a pool, Tiki, kitchen, patio, and lots of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else.
The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We do not charge additional fees based on extra guests and have a set price per day, which averages out to a very reasonable daily rate.
We do not allow parties with loud music at the home, we do welcome families and groups looking to have a great time in Miami and Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are very welcome.
