Breathtaking property located near Paris Mountain State Park, Travelers Rest, & Downtown Greenville! This stone house built in the 1930's is surrounded by 9 acres! In all 3 rooms you'll find King beds, full bathrooms & smart tvs. There are two big wood burning fireplaces in the sitting rooms, with a large wrap around super comfy couch in the great room to enjoy the fireplace & 70" tv. Amazing porch w/ rocking chairs, to see deer & turkey, & adirondacks to enjoy the fire pit. Steam Room upstairs!
This place has charm & character and is reminiscent of a miniature Grove Park Inn. The stone was quarried on site when the home was built in the 1930's & has wood paneling, ceiling beams, and 2 massive fireplaces. The upstairs room has a steam room inside the shower and a skylight to stargaze in bed. Very comfy and perfect for entertaining.

Paris Mountain State Park and downtown Travelers Rest are about 4 miles away, Furman University is about 2 miles, and Downtown Greenville is about 5 miles away.
