This crisp, clean high-end home offers quiet luxury and stunning views. The home is tastefully decorated throughout, the indoor environment is one to settle into and enjoy. The perfect backdrop for an evening at home with family and friends after a day spent seeing the sights, golfing on the nearby course, or lounging about in the oversized saltwater pool.
Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking gourmet meals, the dining room comfortably seats eight, the living room boasts a fireplace for cooler evenings, and the separate TV lounge (with its 58” TV) means the evening can include games, chatting and drinks, or TV as you and your guests would prefer. The four bedrooms are each outfitted with a king-sized bed, and three include TVs. With three full baths, the main bedroom ensuite, no one is kept waiting. A fully functioning laundry room with washer and dryer is at your disposal during your stay. Need to work? There’s separate office space as well.
Just off the living room, through sliding glass doors, is the upscale screened lanai, which houses the saltwater pool and adjacent jacuzzi, surrounded by an ample textured stone deck. Lounge by the pool or take a dip. With the pool so close, it’s easy to slip out for a dip anytime, day or night.
There is an extra charge of $35 per day to heat the spa and $75 per day to heat the spa and pool.
