This lake house is a gem, a real paradise on Earth. It offers dazzling and unencumbered Lanier lake views and the widest shoreline on the lake, which can be all yours, if you can spare just a few steps on a level walk. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking from the main floor to the side deck to the upper balcony, all bringing the lake to you in one embrace.
This lake house sports 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Of the two bedrooms that are on main, one has its own full bath, a King bed, and the other has access to the common full bath and has a sofa bed and flat screen TV. The other 3 bedrooms, including the master, are on the second floor. The master has its own large bath with a jacuzzi tub, a King bed, and a flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath and have a Queen bed. Off the master, the large balcony is a true treat where your family can gather in the evenings and have drinks and appetizers while enjoying the loveliest sunsets in Georgia. The second floor also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The main floor open concept includes a family room with fireplace, large sofa, and wall-mounted flat TV, a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances with views of the lake, a designer island with 4 bar stools, a built-in wine cabinet, and a long dinner table with seating for 8. This lovely open concept offers access to the screened porch with very comfortable chairs, lighting and fans, and lake views galore. And should you be tired of staying inside in the evenings, you can easily find your way to the side deck with its stone fireplace, gas grill, Big Green Egg, and a very nice dining set. And guess what? The lake views from the deck are simply put, dazzling.
What would a lake outing be without games! The wide 3-car garage area has been totally renovated with glazed floor and sports a foosball table, etc. You probably wonder where you'll keep your cars. The driveway is wide enough to accommodate several cars very comfortably.
