Positive: Location was awesome and peaceful. Also, the hosts were "very awesome" and understanding. Would definitely consider a second stay, if needed. Mainly because this was much more comfortable than a hotel. Because, we didn't have to find a parking space, and travel though the common areas with our luggage. Also, there's a gas station down the road for small needs. It's different, but the privacy and level of comfort are a big plus.
Negative: Looks like Housekeeping missed cleaning the coffee pot. And you have to put all the linens in the washroom before you leave. Mainly, you have to do some work and still pay a Cleaning Fee which is an unexpected addition to the cost of the house. However, we did reserve though a major Vacation Booking site. So, we'll try direct next time which appears to be the better avenue. But, this was our first time using a Air BnB and didn't really know what to expect. That said, it was pretty cool.
Summary: It was a very nice first experience with an Air BnB.
