Ocean view Oaxaca style house with private pool. This 4 villas property is close to Puerto Angel fishing village and to Zipolite and Mazunte mythic beaches. Suitable for 4 to 12 persons. Possibility of additional rentals for bigger groups.
The Space
La villa Palapa is a fully equipped and independent house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a half and private pool. It is perched on the cliffs, offers a magnificent, front-row view of the shimmering Pacific.
At the upper floor, the 100 square meters living room and kitchen stand under the Palapa roof (palm tree roof). There is a terrace. Furniture is very modular so you can define your preferred option (dining table for up to 12 persons – many sofas and armchairs). Kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc…)
The lower floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with direct access to the deck terrace and private pool (2,20x12 meters) :
* Central TERRACOTA room, with a sofa convertible in 2 individual beds or a king size bed, can be used as a bedroom or as the pool lounge. It is equipped with a minibar with fridge.
* The TURQUESA room has a king size bed and shares bathroom with the TERRACOTA room.
* The GRIS room, with its own bathroom and minibar and a second access through private stairs, can be fully independent. Bed is also king size.
In a joined building, we can offer 2 additional bedrooms with private bathrooms, depending number of guests :
* The CIELO bedroom has a private bathroom and a terrace, it is located at the upper floor (same level as Palapa living room). It has access from the Palapa terrace and other private access. There is a king size bed and 2 individual beds that can also be used as a sofa.
* The OLIVO bedroom has a private bathroom, a terrace and a minibar. It is located at the lower floor and has a private access. There is a king size bed and an individual bed that can also be used as a sofa.
CIELO and OLIVO bedrooms are optional, but are never rented to other guests separately. The owner might however stay sometimes in the OLIVO bedroom without disturbing your full privacy.
Rates are defined according to below occupation, but please contact us for any other configuration :
- up to 4 persons : TERRACOTA lounge, TURQUESA and GRIS bedrooms
- 5 to 7 persons : TERRACOTA lounge or bedroom, TURQUESA, GRIS and CIELO bedrooms
- 8 persons and more : TERRACOTA, TURQUESA, GRIS, CIELO and OLIVO bedrooms
WIFI - Bluetooth speakers for MP3 or smartphones - 2 large safes for lap top computers - Parking - Free access to the laundry - Sheets, as well as bath and pool towels - housekeeping twice a week - 24 hours staff presence.

Huatulco airport (HUX code) is only 42 km away, with car rental agencies. Puerto Escondido airport at 75km (PXM code).
Closest beach is Playa Panteon in Puerto Angel (1km walk or 3 km drive). Famous Zipolite beach with good restaurants choice and ATM at 3km. Puerto Angel at 3km for groceries, fruits and vegetables market. Fresh fish at the port.
Car rental is a practical and flexible option but you can easily manage with local numerous and cheap taxis.
