Affectionately named the Owl House, thistwo-story home features a screened porch, a private deck with a grill, and a good size yardfor badminton, croquet, or whatever yard games you want to bring.A short walk takes you tofabulous open oceanviews including islands, lighthouses, and boats both large and small, with many moored at the Town Dock by the Ocean Point Inn.
LIVING AREAS:The sunlit living room boasts a spacious layout, hardwood floors, and tasteful furnishings includingthe futon couch, four armchairs, anda 29” TV for you to stream your favorite shows. There is an office/den on the first floor witha full-size sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING:The well-equippedkitchen comes with a full setofappliances including a gas range. A center island offers ample space for preparing meals as well as 3 bar stools. Gather for meals around the dining table that seats six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS:This home includes three upstairs bedrooms that sleep six. Two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower and one with shower) upstairs. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and a closet. The en-suite master bath features awalk-in shower. The nautical-themed second bedroom has two twin-size beds as well as a dresser and a closet. A third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and a closet. The full-size sofa bed is on the first floor. The half-bath is on the first floor.
