Positive: Good, well thought out facility. Very well maintained, with loads of bonus features. The outdoor spa was really something a bit special! The automation was great, and made things very simple, and allowed us to create our own ambience in what was already a very nice location.

Negative: Communication was unnecessarily complicated. We received messages, emails, texts, and were told to use an online booking portal — but we were never actually sent the link for it. There was also a lack of clarity around the booking until much closer to our travel date than was ideal. One of the benefits of booking through Booking.com is having everything organised in one place, but that wasn’t the case here. The host sends an automated message saying they don’t respond to messages, and they genuinely don’t, which was frustrating and undermined what was otherwise a fantastic stay.
