Summary: My wife and I stayed here the first week in October for a week of fall leaf watching. The house was great for our needs. Wonderful view from the front windows. The house had all the necessary things needed for cooking breakfast and dinner. My wife has chemical sensitivities and the owner purchased free & clear cleaning products. She had no issues staying in the house. It is a little inconvenient having the bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, but it's a small matter and the bathroom is very nice. While there is very little in the immediate area, the house is located a little south of the center of the state. We easily made day trips north to Stowe & Burlington, in the south to Bennington, and the central areas of Rutland and Woodstock are within 45 minutes. Wonderful way to see the fall leaves all over the state. We had a great week, found it easy to work with the owner, and would definitely recommend other small groups to stay here. Tim
