3 bed room cottage with a fenced yard across the road from Tuross Shops (supermarket, butcher, bottleshop, chemist, medical centre, cafe (2), restaurant, bait & tackle (at Service Station), tavern.
Polished floors, open plan lounge dining with two 3 seater lounges, and a 6 place dining setting.
Huge covered deck (14m x 3m) offering alfresco living.
The property has TV, fridge and microwave as well as the usual kitchen appliances.

One Tree Cottage is a 200 metre level walk through the park to the closest beach of 5 nearby local beaches.

Summary: The accommodation was perfectly fine but didn’t exceed our expectations. It seemed like no one had attended the property in a little while (which may be usual during winter) so it felt a little neglected. There was a sticky patch on the floor in front of the microwave which we cleaned and we were disappointed to note there was very little toilet paper and no soap provided in the bathroom.I completely missed the wifi instructions on the fridge as the note was very old and faded but Simon was quick to answer my questions which we appreciated very much.One suggestion I would like to make is that the keys could be colour coded or marked to help guests figure out which keys matched which locks. Apart from the grill key (which looked different), the other three keys looked identical so it hard to know which key to use for which lock.
