You'll love lounging in the spacious upstairs sunroom, sitting on one of the dual upstairs decks that overlook the water, or relaxing on the lower level on the huge screened porch or in the family-friendly rec room that features a full-size billiards table and a vintage arcade cocktail table (1,100+ games!), as well as multiple board games and jigsaw puzzles.
You'll have full and exclusive access to this 2,580 sq ft, two-story home within a quarter mile of the neighborhood boat ramp. There's a large semi-circular driveway with plenty of space for parking vehicles and watercraft. Extra-large boats can be launched from nearby Leesburg Landing (3 1/2 miles away).
