Cute and on the beach! Perfect place for a quiet family get away.
Spend your days building sand-castles with all the conveniences of home only a steps away. This is a kid-friendly beach. If you want more than relaxing at the cottage, or swimming or kite-flying on the beautiful 6 miles sandy shore, you are only minutes away from kayaking, fishing, boating, birding, strolling a boardwalk or antiquing and shopping in beautiful coastal Newburyport. Plum Island, Rockport and points north in New Hampshire are only minutes away.
Rental rates are lower in June and highest in July/August. Happy to have a conversation about monthly rates as well.

Summary: The place was noticeably clean which was great. The beach being right outside the door is amazing if you have kids, or if you are a beach goer who likes to take a break. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. You can see the Salisbury fireworks clearly from the little front deck as well! The center is only a 5 minute walk if you like to take a stroll to get some goodies with the kids or hit a bar for a beer and some bad karaoke! The appliances (fridge, stove, and washer) are all apartment sized, which is fine, but make sure you keep an eye on the fridge temp. We lost a good amount of produce we brought due to it freezing our goods, so when they thawed, they had to be tossed out. Huge downfall of this rental is the parking situation. There is only 1 designated spot in a random lot around the corner and down the street. Although its ok to load and unload your car at the end of the access, with kids, its a nuisance to have to go get your car every time you want to go somewhere. We made due, but in the future, I would not knowingly put myself in that situation again. Lastly, even though the “Welcome book” provided shows a map to an outdoor shower, DO NOT, go looking for it. The neighbor nearly bit my head off for trespassing and only offered a half sincere apology when I explained to her what I was doing. The good far outweighs the bad, all depends on your preferences!
