*NEW LISTING* Book your stay at this ski-in ski-out, cozy studio condo centrally located at Sugarloaf USA. Once you arrive, there is no need to move your car! You will receive two parking passes, be steps from the Snubber Chair lift, settle your belongings in your personalized ski locker and walk a few minutes to the many shops and restaurants in the village. Warm up beside the electric fireplace between runs when you come in for lunch or a cup of coffee. Location, location, location!
When you walk into the cozy condo you will see the small kitchenette equipped with everything you will need during your stay, aside from a dishwasher. You will see the electric fireplace below the 50" smart tv; this is a personal favorite for warming up or relaxing apres ski. The Smart Tv is ready for all of your streaming needs, just bring your login information to cuddle up on the Queen size Futon. The futon can comfortably sleep two adults on the 8" plush mattress. To the right of the fireplace, you will find a six drawer oak dresser; a great place to unpack as you make yourself at home. As you continue in the condo you will find the custom, locally made, log queen size bed. At the foot of the bed you will find a dedicated workspace/or two person dining table aside a large window. To the right of the dining table, there is a sliding door to your quaint patio. The patio is a great place for your morning coffee as you assess what to wear for layers on the hill. There is a closet with hangers for your outerwear and bins accessible for personal items/mittens/hats etc. There is no elevator in the building, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to enter the condo.
The bottom floor of the condo you will find your personalize ski locker. You can truly ski out the back door to get on the mid-station Snubber Chairlift, just steps away. Walk to the Sugarloaf BrewHaus for drinks or catch the free Sugarloaf shuttle that will pick you up and drive you anywhere on mountain you want to go. The shuttle is also available to call in the evenings. Please check in with their schedule when planning your vacation.
The condo is directly across from the Sugarloaf Fitness center where you will find an indoor pool, weight room, saunas, racketball courts, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and more. We are not affiliated with the Sugarloaf Fitness Center but they can be visited by paying a fee and checking their website for hours of operation.
There will be two parking passes provided with the condo, please ensure you have these hanging in your vehicles at all times. (And please return them at the end of your stay:-)
There is a coin operated laundry room in the bottom floor of the condo.
Please understand we cannot control the weather; therefore if the mountain is closed/on wind hold and you are unable to use your pass or travel up due to a storm; we cannot issue a weather related refund.
