This air conditioned condo has 3 very spacious bedrooms and very comfortable King beds. Has 2 full bathrooms, two showers, two bathtubs. Ideal for families. And is only steps to the Beach. The fun beach decor reflects a true paradise vacation feel that every guest will enjoy. The space has an open concept layout, kitchen, dining, living room all together, you can view the huge flat screen TV from any of those three areas. The stunning live edge dining table is beautiful yet practical for seating for 8 and spacious for playing board games etc. The walk through kitchen area has an island for bar height seating with a double sink, dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets has plenty of space for your groceries. The microwave is above the Gas cook top & The kitchen is fully stocked. The Keurig single pod coffee maker comes with starter coffee for you. And for some added fun for our guests we have a luxury Margaritaville maker, it makes 3 Ice Smoothies at once or any of your favourite beverages. Sit & Sip away at the kitchen island or gather on the Patio and relax on the chic comfy patio furniture & take in the beautiful Lake Okanagan & Mountain views, it also overlooks the outdoor Caribbean blue pool.
Your private Gas barbecue is on your Patio and is connected to Gas so no worries about filling tanks, makes for a stress free Barbecue , never runs out.
The living room has a cozy relaxing snuggle vibe that can easily switch moods for family movie nights with the huge 80 inch big screen TV. For those selective movie viewers, every bedroom has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Prime etc. So everyone’s happy. Wireless free Wifi.
The large master bdrm is off the dining area. It has a walk in closet, clothes steamer, private full bath, soaker tub, separate shower, lighted make up mirror. The huge King bed has a comfortable ISO cool mattress. The master has patio access to the Lake & Pool view.
For the second bdrm guests, the bedroom is off the entry hallway. To be fair it also has a large comfortable ISO Cool King bed, with some special beach decor touches . The third bedroom is ideal for the kids but can sleep Adults on the lower bunk. It’s a twin over double bed. It has a large walk-in closet. The kids won’t get bored in down time with a full size 4 game Arcade centre in the kids room. It has volume on/off control. The Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. It’s shared in between bedroom 2 & 3. The bathrooms are stocked with liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner and luxury soft towels. You have your own private Washer/Dryer in the unit. Laundry soap is provided.
At the entry hall you will find outside Pool/Beach towels on the flip flop hooks. Walk just a few steps down from the unit you can go right to the pool or left to the beach. Take the Kayak or Paddle Boards, inclusive to this unit only, paddle to the new Frind winery for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Annie’s cafe.
If you have your own boat, this unit has the option to rent a boat slip with a lift. $100 a day. 7 day min. Also 2 Sea Doo lifts available to rent. $100 Each lift 7 day min.
There are two Marina docks to stroll on and jump into the Lake to cool off from the beautiful Kelowna weather.
Loungers & chairs are on the dock, beach areas & pool.
