An amazing Villa inside of a wonderful Olive grove of 4 land hectars on the top of the hill. Just in front of you the breathtaking sea view and all around green and silence.
The house is situated in Scopello very close to the Zingaro Natural Resrve wich is at 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes from Castellammare del Golfo. You need the car to go around. The closer airport is TRapani but Palermo is also a good option.
Just 2 minutes by car you have an amazing bar pasticceria LE TENTAZIONI where you can find all the delicious Sicilian food specialty, the supermarket and grocery where most of all the products are from the near land.
Five minutes by car in the other direction there is the seaside THE GUIDALOCA BEACH. The house has a own beach place there: an umbrella with two chaise longue.
The house has been all renewed in 2017, it has all comfort, is very bright, spacey and cozy and very beatiful inside and outside.
It has 6 double room, and otherone a single bed that can be enlarge in double one. Each one has its own wardrobe and all the necessary and most of all more than 1 window. In the rooms there are wind blades.
Each room has its own color and personality and all the house is in Sicilian style!
The house has a lot of privacy, just on one side it has an adjacent house, but you even don't see it.
All the terrace, the swimming pool, the olives ground are far from it and they at only exclusivity use of your house.
