You can expect a swimming pool (4 m x 10 m, depth 1.20 to 2 m) and a beautifully planted garden with numerous garden furniture and sprinkler system. A terrace with a dining table and grill is right in front of the house. In addition, the outside area is protected from annoying glances.
You enter the house via the terrace and are initially in the very bright living / dining room with fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, 6-burner stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
In the extension you will find a shower room with toilet, a TV salon (flat screen, satellite programs, DVD player) with piano and direct access to the garden as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there is a bedroom on the right with two 90 cm wide single beds, bathroom, separate toilet and a small terrace. On the left you will find a study with a fireplace, music system, internet connection, wide desk and extensive library. In the extension is the second bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and adjoining bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. One bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm wide single beds and has its own terrace. The fourth bedroom also houses two 90 cm wide single beds, but is much smaller and is therefore more suitable for children.
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and have enough storage space.
There are two parking spaces on the property. Well-behaved pets can be brought on request. All shopping can be done about 2 km away. First supermarket 5 km.
