Positive: The location was the best part of the stay. Great walking distance to the River Walk and other little places.
Negative: The inside of the location was not the same as the pictures I view while booking the place. Floors were warped, toilet seat was old and distressed looking (definitely needs to be replaced for the amount it cost to rent the place), trash was found inside the sofa, and the outside area at the door entrance looked like it hadn't been maintained in months (full of bugs, leaves, spider webs). Definitely needed some outside grounds keeping done.
