Fresh mountain air and serenity engulf this gated, secluded single-story mini-compound with an endless heated swimming pool. This post and beam Malibu modern home, situated on ¼ of an acre overlooking untouched mountainous parkland, is meticulously cared for, designed, and appointed with the highest quality finishes. The home is ideal for that California living as it encompasses the indoor/outdoor living areas, with nearly 3,000 sq ft of private patio, mature landscaping, and gated.

Serene and secluded. However, Malibu was affected greatly by the fires and the rains and there are occasional utility outages that are unpredictable and usually temporary. Also due to the fires, there is some construction in the neighborhood that is unpredictable. Most of it is distant and the canyon is very Serene however I can't predict what will happen if anything. Home is up a canyon, which attributes to the special location adjacent to Federal and State Parkland.
