Positive: The location is away from the centre ( 15 min Uber ride 3 $USD). Secure place - with main door always closed, opens by your digital key. CCTV cameras. The building is clean. You have privacy. No musty or fungus smell in the apartment. Small kitchen with fridge and utensils in the apartment. Shower -good water pressure and hot water always. Good AC split unit. Tip: Draw money DR pesos from a ATM. Its not a hotel so first thing go to a nearby market and buy -Shower body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper ( if you still use paper to scrub 🙄🤦save the environment start using water to wash yourself nicely ) dish washing soap and scrub, tissue roll, drinking water, fruits, and your food items.
Negative: DR curfew hours. On weekends they closed everything at 3 pm 😳 and opened at 5 am and on weekdays they closed at 6 pm and opened at 5 am. I did not come to be locked in my apartment. So please go when they have no curfew. The intial checkin is a bit long. But Ciro the checkin Manager is a very nice polite guy.
