It has a full kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). a large living room with tons of natural light and a 65" TV. A bedroom with a king bed and lots of closet and storage space. Your own private yard with, as you can see from the pictures, lots of greenery and outdoor living space. This unit is 50 yards from the Gulf of Mexico.

Summary: Great location on Dunedin Causeway close to #1 beach at Honeymoon Island State Park, Pinellas bike trail, fishing, kayak rentals off causeway and many resturants. Quiet neighborhood even with being in the middle of everything. Nice heated pool. Perfect size for my husband and I. Lots of storage space and great TV. The owner has added some nice enhancements to the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor enclosed patio. Scott was very easy to communicate with and is very open to suggested improvements. He already had plans to improve the A/C which was our only concern. Overall we recommend staying here.
