An awesome oceanfront apartment in the most sought after location in Palmas del Mar, The Marbella Club. The Marbella Club features a swimming pool and gym with exercise machines, tropical landscaping and a very helpful concierge service. This is our personal home away from home apartment so it is of a higher standard than a typical "rental unit".
The unit is on the Fourth Floor with elevator access from it's dedicated underground parking. Due to it's corner location, the condo hosts views of the ocean and of the mountains/golf course. It features 2 balconies, one outside and one covered, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the Caribbean, and pools below. A large, 1780 square feet, beautifully furnished apartment, it has two spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a flat screen cable television, and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the covered balcony through a windowed counter bar. Bed linens and towels are provided. Master bedroom has a large tub and separate walk-in shower, the second bedroom has its own full bath.
Within the 3000 acres of Palmas del Mar are two golf courses, the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, 3 miles of beaches, horseback riding, miles of walking and jogging paths, scuba and snorkeling boats, a casino and many restaurants. Within a 45 minute drive is the El Yunque Rainforest, historic Old San Juan and ferries to the Spanish Virgin Islands.
The Marbella Club offers gated, secure access, concierge services, fitness room with state-of-the-art gym equipment, tropical gardens and beautiful pools (Dragon is for guest use). Palmas del Mar, located in Humacao, on the southeastern coast of Puerto Rico, is a 2700 acre resort offering two championship golf courses (the Flamboyan course designed by Rees Jones and the Palm course designed by Gary Player), the largest tennis center in the Caribbean, a marina, water sports, an equestrian center, spa facilities and many excellent restaurants. A renovated hotel/casino complex is now open.
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom oceanfront condominium is designed around a spacious, airy Great Room with comfortable Living and Dining Areas. This space opens completely onto a covered balcony from which the most spectacular views are enjoyed. The balcony also connects to the Kitchen through a windowed pass-through bar. The fully-equipped Kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The entire condo has been professionally decorated in bright tropical tones that complement the beautiful surroundings.
Two large bedrooms provide sleeping space for 4 (Each has a King bed) along with ample closet space and beautiful furnishings. The Master Bedroom, with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, has a king size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sink vanity with marble counter tops.
The second bedroom also has a King size bed, full private bath, balcony overlooking the golf course and mountains beyond. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans and individual air conditioning controls.
Our condo has been outfitted with every convenience: central air conditioning, washer/dryer, three TVs (one in each bedroom and 50" flat screen in living room) with DVD player, digital cable TV, , and wireless Internet access, all linens, towels (including beach towels), pillows and blankets are provided.
