This is an absolutely incredible, oceanfront, 1-bedroom condo located at the popular Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! The condo is fully furnished and the layout will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. As of Winter 2022, the condo has been nicely updated. All carpeting was removed and new luxury, vinyl-plank flooring was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed, and the unit was freshly painted. Various pieces of wall art and decor were updated, and new plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were installed!
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the bedroom area. In this room, guests will have access to two queen beds, dresser, accent chair, linen closet for storage, and TV with basic cable. The AC and water heater are located in a separate area beside the linen closet. This room will comfortably accommodate 2 guests in each bed.
The kitchen is located between the living area and the bedroom. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, North Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Bay Watch Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. The full size bathroom is located just behind the kitchen and features a tub/shower, vanity, toilet, oversized mirror, and more.
Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This area is open and spacious, and features endless, panoramic oceanfront views of the Atlantic ocean. The 11th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a sofa, accent chair, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs, murphy bed (wall bed), and access to the ocean front balcony. The sofa converts to a queen size bed, and will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. The wall bed is full size and will also accommodate 1-2 guests. In total, this unit will comfortably sleep 8 guests, making this condo perfect for a family or group of friends.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Additionally, we have recently lowered our cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Bay Watch Resort is a high-rise complex located at 2701 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only a couple of miles from the North Myrtle Beach regional airport, Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, and more. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
