Welcome to our beautifully remodeled condominium at Sea Terrace, located on the second floor of a secured high-rise building at 8800 Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland. This unit offers stunning views and is perfect for families. Enjoy the following spaces:
* **Living Room:** Relax in this shared space featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV and cable access.
* **Semi-Private Den:** This shared space offers a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements.

The community heated pool is available seasonally and requires a pass, included with one parking spot. You can also access the tennis court. This is a non-smoking building, and smoking is prohibited in all common areas.

Please note that Sea Terrace is a non-smoking/vaping building, and smoking is prohibited in all areas including outdoor common areas. Parking and resort fees vary. From October 1st to Memorial Day, there are no fees. From Memorial Day to September 30th, a $10 per day resort fee applies, which includes one parking pass and pool access. Additional parking passes are available for $10 per night, subject to availability. The pool is scheduled to be open from Memorial day weekend through September, from 9 AM to 7 PM, Please be aware that these resort fee rates and operating dates and times of pool are subject to change by the Homeowners Association.
