Summary: Great location and nice clean little house. Here are my negatives. Beach chairs were advertised but they were so old and broken that they were unusable. Beach badges were advertised and we had booked for six people but only 4 were available. Pull out couch had an old thin mattress and was unusable so we had to order a blow up mattress. Luckily it was a cool week or the porch would have been too hot to sleep in. Air condition in living room was very loud. A small investment in these things would make a huge difference. I did mention these to the owner but had no response.
