The Neighborhood:
Newport Beach is located to the north of Bungan and south of Bilgola Beach, approximately 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible by bus or car. The 1.3 kilometres long beach with reddish golden sands faces east and extends from the rocks at Newport Head. Newport not only has a beautiful beach but a growing collection of great places to eat, including restaurants, pubs, diners and cafes.

Public transport

Ride sharing

The property is approximately a 50-minute drive from Sydney Aiport.
Other Things to Note:
- Pets are welcome. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- No access to the backyard.
- The front yard does not have a fence. There are several off-leash dog exercise areas in the area.
- The downstairs part of the home is permanently occupied; the ceiling cavity between the two living spaces has been soundproofed to minimise noise transfer and the occupants have their own separate entrance. Some impact noise may be heard.
- Garbage bins will be collected on Sunday night and returned to the drive way on Monday morning.
