It is a step back in time and a perfect backdrop for treasured memories to be made. Built in the 1800s, this cottage is updated and offers aquintessential Maine vacation spot. It is truly a gem and the views are spectacular.
Enjoy a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room with big, bright windows and exposed beams. There is a first-floor bathroom with a shower and a new half-bath off the kitchen. Upstairs find 4 newly renovated bedrooms that arein keeping withMaine cottage style and charm. Another full bath with an old-fashioned tub is located upstairs. Complete with air conditioning and heat, Bluewater Vista is comfortable in any weather. There is also a detached seating space/office that's perfect for some peace and quiet!
It's a short walk to all the community amenities including the community dock, tennis courts, tidal beach, and even Bayville's own little post office. The community dock is a great place to swim, launch a kayak or enjoy a picnic.
You can even access the Indian Trail right from the property for a lovely walk to the East Boothbay General Store or go the other direction and it will take you the two-mile walk all the way into town.
