Summary: Property was in excellent condition with a beautiful ocean view but our experience with Castaway was horrible. First they had us pick up or keys at Sonoran Spa, picked up the keys and when we got to the property the keys only worked for the outside door. And when we called and called Castaway, there was no answer. Finally went back to Sonoran Spa and come find out they forgot to provide us with the keypad lock number/combination. And finally, no one was in the office when returning or keys at check out. Called Sonoran Spa again and they were surprised that no one was at the agency. They had me drop off the keys in a suggestion box outside the agencies doors. Loved the property just not the rental agency.
