With two living spaces, everyone can find that special place for an afternoon nap, snuggle in with a good book or watch a favorite movie after day of coastal adventures. Watch the winter storms blow in while keeping warm by a fire in the fabulous rock fireplace. The living room has impressive cathedral ceilings which enhance the feeling of spaciousness! The second living space adjoins the kitchen where the cook can be part of what the group is watching on the 42" flatscreen TV. With an ocean-view deck that wraps around and opens up to the kitchen, you will find yourself enjoying the outdoor space with dinner at the picnic table and making mealtimes unforgettable. Beverly Beach Views boasts a relaxing primary bedroom on the upper level with an ensuite bath and its own private deck with wonderful ocean views. Start your day by enjoying a morning coffee on the deck while listening to the ocean waves and the birds singing! Two more bedrooms, with a shared bath between them, are also on the upper level.
Access to the gorgeous sandy beach is less than half a mile from your front door. You can walk or drive to the Beverly Beach State Park where the beach stretches for miles, with plenty of space for beachcombing, kite flying or building sandcastles. Beverly Beach Views is located just north of the active fishing port of Newport, where you will find many activities to keep you busy, including the historic bayfront and the Nye Beach district, both packed with wonderful restaurants and shops!
