Positive: Good location. Quiet for the most part.
Negative: Outdated interior to include outdated furniture, pots and pans, glasses, etc. Couch and chair were stained and nasty. Floors were dirty in that probably have not been deep cleaned in sometime. Bathroom had pungent moldy smell. Shower rod and curtain was old. Dusty light fixtures and fans. AC unit broken so makeshift units were set up that took up additional space. TV had wires and boxes everywhere.
Summary: I will not stay in that unit again unless upgrades are made.
