Located in Ocean Creek Resort, a gated community with 24 hour security, just short walking distant to the beautiful Atlantic ocean and attractions at BareFoot Landing Resort. This second floor unit is located in a three story building, with both elevator and stairs for easy access. Recently renovated and upgraded, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo is waiting for you to enjoy. The front door is conveniently located right across from the on-site laundry facility. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened balcony with the sunrise. Views of the courtyard, lush landscaping and pool are just beyond. The fantastic beach in this area of Windy Hill will feel more secluded, away from the large crowds.
This lovely condo is welcoming with new living room furniture, full size sleeper sofa, 55" flat screen TV and two recliners. There is a galley kitchen with new full size appliances and new countertops.
The condo sleeps 6 total. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a shower/tub combo in the private bathroom. This is a split floor plan, so across the hall is a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, and bathroom with shower that is hallway accessible to the overall space.
This 57 acre property offers lots to do during your stay, such as tennis courts, playground, volleyball court, putting green, pools, including one beside the beach, offering excellent views. This condo is just a short walk to the beach from the middle of the complex. During the peak summer season there is a community shuttle that circles the property to help guests get to the beach. For those keeping a healthy routine, there is an indoor pool exercise room , and walking trails. The indoor pool is located adjacent to the indoor whirlpool in Lodge II and is open to all Ocean Creek Resort guests. It is open year-round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The fitness room (located in Lodge I just steps from the "4 Seasons" restaurant & bar) features state of the art "Life Fitness" equipment including two treadmills, a workout bench, pulley weight machine, recumbent exercise bike and an elliptical cross trainer. The air-conditioned facility features a flat screen tv and water cooler. For your pleasure, there are many other on-site amenties from beachside bar and grill (seasonal), Four Seasons Restaurant (breakfast hours vary with the seasons), kids areas and barbeque grills.

Summary: PROPERTY: Loved that this was in a gated private community directly across from barefoot landing! The property grounds were clean and wide sidewalk paths to the beach (made easy to carry and push stroller/beach carts). Friendly complementary cart shuttle to units and beach. The teens and husband mentioned that the pools were dirty. This could be because of others but worth mentioning, we have a pool at home so it wasn’t a top priority to enjoy. And like others have mentioned you do not have access to two towers pools ( but really not an issue since there is a beach pool you can access right besides). Bar area at that pool is up flight of stairs which is nice to not be in your face but may also be a burden to someone that wants easy access. Bathrooms are right there and easily accessible (no infant changing station). UNIT: Nicely refreshed, space counter space as pictured. I would suggest less coffee makers (there were 3) and some more basic kitchen gadgets or items (like a flat griddle, bacon tray,scissors, etc). Had to ask the realtor for oven mitts and scissors, asked for start kit of soap and sponge but was told the owner doesn’t include that. Which is easy enough to pick up. ONE thing that certainly should be changed is the master bed. The mattress was pretty rough to sleep in. It had lump down middle and flat were two people would lay. They have bubble wrap around the frame (which looked new) but we quickly discovered why- you almost always hit your toes on the post.
