Deeded access to walk right onto the beach, badges still required but owner includes a few as a courtesy. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with 2 enclosed porch rooms, parking, washer/dryer. Private Pool and great fenced yard for Summer entertaining, Parking, Outdoor Furniture, High-Speed Internet Access & all of the amenities one could ask for. One of our most popular Rental Properties. No Pets are permitted at any time.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
