The space
Whether you are visiting the Phoenix area for a vacation with your family or here on an extended business trip, this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home will be sure to surpass all your expectations. Recently renovated, this open floor plan features a spacious living area with dining views open to the beautiful backyard. There is a washer and dryer in the home to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced.

Is the pool heated?
-Yes, we are able to heat the pool for a fee anytime of the year charged per night stay due to the high cost of natural gas.
Price varies per month of the year and payment will be taken separately from your total at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. We recommend the use of the heater October through May. See heating fee below:

Do we allow pets? Unfortunately the homeowner has an allergy and we can not accommodate pets of any kind. Violation of this house rule will result in a non-refundable $500 fine.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $2,500.
