Oasis at the beach! Brand new home just completed and designed to be a vacation rental not modified to be one. Spacious 4 bedroom hosting 2 master suites downstairs accompanied with 9' ceilings throughout the first floor including the large living room that flows to the dining, guest bath, bar, chefs kitchen and eventually the doors out the back porch, pergola, grill area, paver patio and 10x20 heated pool with fully fenced in yard.
Back inside, luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home, no carpet! as you go up the transom window lit stairs your greeted with a secondary living room and full bath, on each side of that there are vaulted ceiling bedrooms with shiplap gable ends. one room has a king bed and the other has 2 twin build in beds, perfect for a family to have the 2nd floor complete with 2nd living room for the kids.
The home is set up wonderfully for two or even three families with kids of their own, the concept is the parents get the master bedrooms, and the kids get the upstairs bedrooms and second living room.
Outside, paver driveway, stairs, porches, patios for hanging when you are not at the private beach less than 200' feet through a wooded, secluded and almost majestic walkway through the scrub oaks.
3 blocks from the river hosting gorgeous panoramic sunsets and fishing.
The home is located at the end of a street so no danger of speeding cars . A very safe environment for making memories that will last a lifetime.
Owner operated, owner built, and we live a few blocks over for the extra touches that make our properties special, This is our fourth in the area and we can respond to any issues very quickly.
