Welcome to the Oakmont Ranch House! This is a PRIVATE FULL HOUSE Rental in River Ranch and includes a Golf Cart and FREE Wifi! This home is located in the private neighborhood of Westgate River Ranch Resort which is accessible by Golf Cart. This house offers 3 bedroom, 2 baths, a new outdoor deck and a new firepit area! The master has a King bed. One room has 2 twins and the third room has a queen bed. This home accommodates 6 people very comfortably! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and all cookware. There is also a full size laundry room. Enjoy dining outdoors with a new gas grill and plenty of seating.
There are 3 restaurants on Westgate property as well as a General Store. Walmart and other grocery stores are located in Lake Wales.
This property offers privacy with a ton of amenities available for you to enjoy at Westgate River Ranch!
If you plan to RIDE ATVs at River Ranch POA, this home is located a few miles up the road for easy access to and from the property! Bring your SXS and ATV!
Bring your friends and your toys and enjoy a true country-style vacation! You can spend the days at the Westgate Pool and your evenings at the Saloon or attend the Rodeo and all of the attractions!
