Summary: Rated it as 3-Stars due to having to wash sheets and clean silverware prior to use. Communication with owner was fast and easy. There was some minor issues that he remedied. Cons:Interior cleaning concerns.Apparently previous renters didnt mind leaving beer bottles and dirt in the sheets. Pros: Safe quiet neighboorhood.Spacious living space. Ample room for family to not feel over-crowded.Water heater provided excelent heat.AC system worked well.Washer and Dryer worked well.
